For a full week First Century Bank employees are getting pampered with gifts, drawings for vacations, cash, days off with pay and the honor of being selected as the Customer's Choice or Favorite Back Office Employee.

Customer's Choice Employees were announced Wednesday, July 1st for each office. Boxes were place in each office for customer’s to vote on their favorite employee.
