NOTICE: Branch Lobbies Closing
Out of an abundance of caution, and for the safety and well-being of our customers and employees, all First Century Bank Offices will be temporarily only offering Drive-Thru and Appointment Only services starting on December 3, 2020. Our staff is ready to assist with your banking needs and our branches are fully operational.

I hope this statement finds you well. We are excited to announce that our lobbies will re-open to the public starting next Monday, May 4th, 2020. After much analysis, we along with our friends and patrons, feel comfortable with this decision. We will follow government guidelines as required and we will keep safety a priority. If you don’t feel comfortable entering the lobbies, we suggest continued use of our drive-thru, ATMs, and Online Banking platforms to conduct banking transactions. Keep in mind, if you do enter our lobbies and you are wearing facial protection, we might ask that you identify yourself by briefly removing these items. This is strictly a security measure, and by no means are we asking you to subject yourself to an uncomfortable situation. If you are not comfortable with this measure, you can use the drive-thru, as previously mentioned, to conduct your transaction.
We remain cautiously optimistic this pandemic is behind us, and we look forward to returning to some semblance of normalcy. As you may have heard, we recently provided an additional $250 in our employee’s paycheck with one suggestion, use those dollars at a local business affected by Covid-19. It is our way of stimulating our local communities. Additionally, we are buying every employee lunch next week from a local restaurant. Thus 89 meals a day will be bought from a local restaurant. Again, this is our way of saying “thank you” and “we got your back”.

As we enter uncharted territory with the coronavirus pandemic, First Century Bank is working diligently to ensure the health and well-being of our staff, our customers, and the communities we proudly serve. For several weeks now our executive team has been discussing the coronavirus and monitoring the virus activity. We are meeting daily to review and discuss our next steps to assure we all remain safe.
We will continue to monitor and follow all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and take the necessary precautions to reduce the threat of spread of COVID-19. As we journey through these dynamic times, we continue to remind our staff and vendors to keep our branches clean and sanitized with increased frequency and rigor.

As the coronavirus situation continues to progress, we know it is very important to share the steps we are taking to keep our customers and employees safe and our facilities clean. We continue to monitor the situation, as we do with any unusual event, and will adjust business operations as needed.
We are taking preventive measures to keep our branches clean and maintain a healthy environment and have increased communication with our employees to reinforce our cleaning procedures in both customer-facing and employee only areas.
Finally, we want to remind our customers of the many options that First Century Bank provides, including online banking at www.firstcenturybank.com. If you’re not currently enrolled, this could be a good time to enroll in online banking and use our Mobile app for obtaining balances, transferring funds, or depositing checks. Also available to you is our CenturyLine (Call 1-800-842-1000) and Text Banking (Text "ENROLLFCB" to 39257 from your mobile device to initiate the enrollment process).

Use soap and water for at least 20 seconds or alcohol-based hand sanitizer and rub until dry.
