Prepare for your Online Bill Pay upgrade on August 9, 2017.

We are upgrading Online Bill Pay on August 9, 2017, to make paying bills better, easier and more convenient than ever, giving you more freedom to enjoy life.

Online Pill Pay Dates

Important Dates for our Online Bill Pay Upgrade:

  • August 7: At approximately 12:00pm on Monday, August 7, Bill Pay will be available as View Only until payments are processed on Tuesday, August 8.
  • August 8: After payments are processed on Tuesday, August 8, Bill Pay will be unavailable until approximately 8:00am on Wednesday, August 9.
  • August 9: After 8:00am on Wednesday, August 9, our New Online Bill Pay will be available.

This upgrade should not disrupt your service. In fact, we’re making the entire upgrade as simple and seamless as possible for you.


Here’s what you can expect when your Online Bill Pay upgrades on August 9, 2017:

  • You will be prompted to answer a challenge phrase the first time you log in to your upgraded Online Bill Pay account.
  • All of your payees and any scheduled payments will automatically carry over to the new system.

  • If you need to add a new payee, just select the “Add a Payee” button at the top of your dashboard.
  • For more information about adding payees and scheduling payments, go to the “Help” tab in your Online Bill Pay.
